What is a virtual store?

Our online virtual store is a completely unique and easy way to shop. Our store is attached to our distribution warehouse, meaning we can offer almost our entire online product range to you in person. We have computer catalogues set up to display our entire range which means all you have to do is search for what you want then ask our friendly customer service staff to fetch it for you from our warehouse. With one-one-one customer service, shopping for costumes in Adelaide has never been easier! Due to the way we are set up, we unfortunately do not have try on facilities however our staff are more than happy to show you each costume in person to look at sizing and we have tape measures on site. Come in and experience the Heaven Costumes Adelaide shopping experience for yourself!

Please note: 'Delivery Only' products are located in separate warehouses and cannot be purchased in store. However, we can order them in for you!

Opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, Thursday 9am-6pm and Saturday 10am-3pm.

When ordering online you can choose to pre-pay for your order or select the payment option 'pay in store'. We accept payments via VISA, Mastercard, EFTPOS and cash.

Toll Priority - Recommended if you need your order urgently

Toll Priority is a flat rate of $18.99.

Guaranteed next business day delivery to all Australian capital cities - Delivery excluding weekends
Guaranteed next business day delivery to all major regional centres - Delivery excluding weekends
2 business days for all areas outside of a capital city or major regional centre - Delivery excluding weekends

Please note: Toll is unable to deliver to any PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers, please nominate a residential or business address for delivery. Remote areas of Australia or large and bulky parcels may incur additional postage charges, we will contact you should this occur.

Thankfully it is an extremely rare occurrence however, any delays in deliveries due to incidents affecting Toll's processing procedures such as public holidays or severe weather, are out of our control. If Toll does not deliver your parcel within their guaranteed time frame, and your order is no longer required, you may send your order back as per the conditions of our returns policy.

Express Shipping - Recommended if you don't need your order for a few days

Express delivery is a flat rate $15.99 without insurance or $17.49 including insurance.

2-3 business days for delivery to Adelaide postcodes 5000-5199; 5800-5999 - Delivery excluding weekends
3-4 business days to everywhere else (unless remote) - Delivery excluding weekends
Please allow extra time for remote areas

Please note - delivery times are as stipulated under the recommendations of Australia Posts guidelines. Thankfully it is an extremely rare occurrence however, any delays in deliveries experienced due to incidents affecting Australia Posts processing procedures are out of our control. Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds on postage charges in relation to the above. If Australia Post's service does not deliver your parcel within their guaranteed time frame, and your order is no longer required, you may return items to us for a refund of the individual product costs, as per the conditions of our returns policy.

Standard Shipping - Recommended if you have plenty of time to wait

Free Standard Shipping for Orders over $150*. Orders under $150 will have the option during checkout to select Standard Shipping $11.99 or $13.49 + shipping insurance, Express Shipping $15.99 or $17.49 + shipping insurance or Toll Priority $18.99 (Customers within Australia only) Customers who qualify for free standard shipping will have the option to upgrade to Express Shipping for $15.99 or $17.49 or Toll Priority for $18.99.

Standard delivery will take up to 8 business days to be delivered within SA - Delivery excluding weekends.
