We're getting very much rockabilly chic meets Stepford wife vibes from this adorable red and white polka dot costume dress by Forum Novelties. If you've been invited to a 1950s fancy dress party and are finding yourself scratching your head over what outfit would suit you best, sticking to the classics is always a great choice! This 50s costume for women will have you feeling like a real life retro housewife that you might actually start cleaning the house! Just kidding! This Womens costume comes with a belt and a petticoat to help accentuate an hourglass figure which is very flattering!

Costume Description:

  • This cute 1950s dress up is made from non stretch polyester fabric and has a zip up closure at the back.
  • For added size flexibility the waistline of this dress is elasticated which also helps give the wearer a more hourglass look which is made complete by the use of the included black stretch belt that is looped closed through the silver plastic belt buckle.
  • To give this 50s theme dress a deluxe touch the short puff sleeves have white satin arm cuffs with white lace trim and red button details.
  • The collar of this 50s dress up is also in white satin with lace trim and features a cute neck bow stitched at the centre
  • To make this 50s outfit really pop it includes a calico crinoline petticoat with a wide stretch waistband and attached red netting along the hemline to peak out from the bottom of the skirt.
