Dress has peasant style cheesecloth top section with ruffle elastic bust, shoulder and sleeve hem.
Skirted section is green velveteen with ribbon trim along the hem.
Dress has a white underskirt with white satin ruffle hem.
Mottle brown suede look vest with plain brown stretch knit back panel for size flexibility.
The vest is trimmed with matching ribbon plus red ribbon criss cross tie up front.
Brown fabric strips are attached to each side for tying up at the back.
