Costume Description:

The costume includes a thick blue stretch fabric jacket with long sleeves and attached beige coloured vest with gold button down front.
The jacket has tails at the back, beige fold over collar with faux gold buttons on the front and beige on the sleeves with white ruffle trim.
The outfit includes beige stretch fabric pants with stretch waistband which go to below the knees and tuck into boot covers.
The costume is complete with black vinyl boot covers with elastic to secure over foot and an off-white ruffle cravat with velcro closure.
