Description:

Womens Willy Wonka dress is made from a non-stretch satin fabric with a tail-style jacket attached, and features a printed candy design bodice and printed buttons.
Wonka jacket has velour and satin trim and printed buttons at waist and 3/4 length sleeves
Costume is complete with a velour mini top hat with sewn on felt golden ticket and candy cane, and a satin gold bow tie that attaches at the back of the neck with velcro tabs.
