Description:

Costume dress is made from a non-stretch baby blue satin fabric with a light blue lace overlay, scoop neckline, and short puff sleeves.
Dress features a high regency empire waist with a decorative blue ribbon across the front of the waist.
Back of the dress features a zipper and an elastic waistband for some size flexibility.
Included headband is made from blue decorative ribbons with an attached blue satin fabric rose.
