Description:

Womens stretchy black costume dress with a dropped waist, purple sequin trim, and a purple mesh halter neckline with a satin trim.
Halter neck has a velcro closure at the back and features an attached black ribbon necklace with a digitally printed seashell pendant.
The short skirt features layers of jagged-cut black and purple fabrics, including satin, tulle, and netting.
Attached to the dress are four plush tentacles made from black and purple polyesters fabric with digitally printed suckers and wrist loops attached at the ends.
This is an officially licensed Disney costume.
