Description:

This costume headpiece consists of a plastic headband that is layered with soft black fabric for comfort wear.
The headband has black lace attached along the edges with black fabric roses that have green leaf details.
To complete the look, this headpiece features large plastic ram horns attached to each side with ribbed textures.
One size fits most.
